龙港社区是汕头市潮阳区贵屿镇东南部的社区，位于练江中游北岸，东面与铜盂镇潮港村相邻，社区内有汕头市文物保护单位龙港地下情报交通站旧址。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

社区面积2.49平方千米，耕地1359.5亩；2013年底共1927户、10542人。当年工农业总产值173185万元，农业部分为1188万元，工业部分为171997万元，农民人均的纯收入为9075元。社区概况记有骨干企业45家，设有中学、小学、幼儿园各一所以及一处占地30亩的公园。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明弘治元年（1488年），先人从仙村迁出，建龙港村。村名的由来，博雅地名网说是先民在村前开凿水渠，引练江水灌田，渠形如龙。1958年编为生产大队，此后依次改为乡（1984年）、村委会、管理区（1988年），1999年改为居委会。[1]

龙光路的彭氏祖祠，是中共潮阳县委的地下情报交通站旧址，属近现代重要史迹，2010年3月22日列入汕头市文物保护单位。[3]社区概况还说，党支部成立于1945年，抗战至解放战争时期这里承担着潮阳县委的情报传递任务；社区在1993年经省批准定为革命老区。[2]
