历史沿革[edit]
博雅地名网说盖山建于清乾隆二十一年（1756年），最早来的是周、陈二姓族人，靠捕鱼谋生，后来廖氏、张氏也迁来，人口增多聚居成村；沿革部分则写作清康熙年间立村，二者不一。[1]
民国时期及建国初期，盖山属中山县第八区六乡乡；1965年起编为盖山队，归斗门县六乡公社；1984年改为盖山乡，隶六乡区公所；1986年设盖山村民委员会，隶六乡镇；2002年划入白蕉镇。[1]
人口民族[edit]
村里主要有周、陈、廖、梁等姓，属广府村落，常住人口约1500人。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2023年11月，盖山村入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村。[1]
