桂头社区是广东省韶关市乳源瑶族自治县桂头镇下辖的社区。社区在桂头镇最繁华的商业中心，成立于2002年9月。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

桂头社区的名称出自桂头镇名：西北有桂山（亦称桂源山），古时山上多桂树，山前有桂水汇入武江，墟市位于桂水之首，因此称桂头。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

该页介绍，社区内驻有单位59个，商铺360余间，设农贸市场1处；住户2137户，常住5083人，暂住约2300人（未注统计年份）。[1]

社区居委会的办公用房几经更换：初期租用供销社23平方米的店铺，2005年10月镇政府拨出原工商所的100平方米，2009年5月县民政局出资买下办公楼二层，合计现有250平方米。[1]
