十字滘村（博雅地名网写作十字窑村）是广东省广州市增城区仙村镇下辖的行政村，位于东江中的鹅桂洲岛上，北面与下境村相邻，南面隔河对着东莞的潢涌村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村四周环水，河涌纵横交错成十字形，故名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初期归宁南乡管。1956年入十字滘农业社，1958年为十字滘大队，其间1968至1977年曾叫东明大队；1983年称十字滘乡，1987年起由十字滘村民委员会管理，沿用至今。[1]

概况[edit]

村内有8条自然村、12个经济合作社，土地三千多亩，人口2600多人（博雅地名网所录，未注年份）。过去交通不便，土地开发较少，后来村道修成水泥路。村民多外出务工经商。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2024年11月获「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」认定；2025年6月获「2024年度广州市级美丽乡村」认定。[1]
