吕新村属广州市从化区吕田镇，是该镇辖下的行政村。全村面积约23.18平方千米，在吕田镇圩以北，国道105线贯穿，属丘陵地带；下设14个村民小组，博雅地名网记载总人口2082人（年份未注明）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自驻地吕新村。吕新大队于1958年设立；1983年12月改设吕新乡；1987年1月更名为吕新村民委员会，名称沿用到现在。[1]

经济[edit]

村集体收入主要来自种植业和农产品加工；缓坡种水果，水田种稻，旱地种花生、黄豆，鱼塘养四大家鱼。距从化市区约57公里。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
  • 2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
  • 2024年11月，被认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
  • 2025年6月，被认定为「2024年度广州市级美丽乡村」。[1]
