江南村是广州市番禺区南村镇下辖的行政村。唐代，大石的李氏迁到二镇岗南麓建村，最初叫岗南；粤语里「岗」与「江」同音，村名后来写成江南。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名在20世纪30年代改为江南。人民公社化时期称江南大队，1987年成立江南村民委员会。民国年间，村里设有抗日根据地。[1]

荣誉[edit]

江南村2020年至2022年连续上榜淘宝村名单，2024年11月获评「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
