南安村位于濯田河下游，东接水口村，南与露潭村相靠，西临陈屋村，县道654穿村而过。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村在濯田之南，寄望地方安宁，故称南安。[1]

概况[edit]

2011年，南安设20个村民小组，共756户、3316人，土地面积11692亩，林地6616亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年4月，三水乡分拆，本地划入新设的乡。建国后另设一村，1950年6月改设乡。1958年5月，设水莲乡，南安隶属其下。1961年5月，南安改属邻近公社；1965年并为南安大队。1984年11月，南安大队改称南安村。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，福建省确定南安村为2026年度乡村振兴示范村。[1]
