历史沿革[edit]
因位于月山镇北边，依次编为北一、北二，故名。清代隶开平县古博都，民国年间在第十区罗村乡辖内，1955年起隶月山区，1963年成了月山公社的北一大队，1984年改乡人民政府，1989年改管理区；撤县设市后先归水井镇，2003年随水井镇并入月山镇；1999年定名北一村民委员会。[1]
