下山村是福建省龙岩市永定区岐岭镇下辖的行政村，原为岐岭乡面积最大的行政村。[1]村中牛牯扑一带是新民主主义革命时期的革命基点，1929年8月，毛泽东等革命家曾来此领导斗争。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原为霞湖村，取日出东方时霞光普照全村之意；后因客家方言中读音相近等缘故，改称下山村。[1]

1949年前此地属中金区筀东乡霞湖保，1949年后先属下洋区，后改属陈东区，1958年公社化后归岐岭公社下山大队。1984年起归岐岭乡管辖，2020年1月起隶属岐岭镇。[1]

村是革命基点村。1929年8月，毛泽东、陈毅、粟裕、邓子恢与张鼎丞等人来到村中，领导当地的革命斗争，牛牯扑自然村因此有「红色小井岗」之称。[2]毛泽东在青山下的饶峰书房着手起草《古田会议决议草案》；当地群众支持革命，留下了倒穿草鞋救主席脱险的故事。[2]

村庄在革命时期坚持到解放、红旗不倒，有「铁打岐岭」之称。[1]2012年，村被命名为市级生态村。[2]2021年11月，下山村获福建省爱卫办授予「福建省卫生村」称号。[1]2020年2月，村入选福建省第三批省级传统村落名单；2023年2月，列入福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村名单；2022年10月，村被纳入第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇；2025年3月，村入选福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村名单。[1]

全村总面积9.2平方千米，其中耕地909亩，山林1.75万亩。[1]
