上寨村是龙潭镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南部，距镇政府4公里。村境内有昌福山煤田，村民以种植、采煤和运输为主要生计。[1]

地名由来[edit]

相传三百余年前，有军队在此驻扎，村因而得名上寨。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时此地属上丰乡上在保管辖，新中国成立后划归第四区。1958年公社化后，村属抚市公社龙潭管理区；1962年改隶龙潭公社，设上寨大队。1984年成为抚市乡下辖的上寨村民委员会，1992年改称抚市镇上寨村民委员会。1993年分出龙潭乡，村委会随之改隶龙潭乡；1997年撤乡建镇后，仍为龙潭镇上寨村民委员会至今。[1]

经济[edit]

2011年，村民的人均收入达到9250元，村财收入则为48万元。[1]村中煤炭资源丰富，村民从事种植、采煤与运输。[1]

文化[edit]

上寨村先后获得「2021年福建省卫生村」（2021年11月）、「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」（2021年1月）、「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」（2023年1月）与「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」（2024年1月）等称号。[1]
