上坑村是福建省漳州市云霄县云陵工业开发区下辖的行政村，2006年由莆美镇划归开发区管辖。[1][2]

据博雅地名网，村后的山形似一头象，村旁多沟坑，山脉延伸到沟坑处，好像象在吸水，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

早年这里归阳山的象山保管辖，解放后并入第二区的象山乡。1958年起隶属红旗公社，当时叫上坑大队；1961年又转入莆美公社。[1]

1984年，公社体制改为乡制，原大队换称村委会。[1]

2006年7月，村子从莆美镇划出，归云陵工业开发区管理。[2]

村有耕地1400亩、山地3200亩，全村615户，总人口2600人，共12个村民小组。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2012年，村获授「社会治安综合治理先进集体」称号。[1]
