上坑村是广东省梅州市梅县区城东镇下辖的行政村，位于镇府北5公里，设10个村民小组，在册178户、968人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代隶嘉应州程乡县梅屏堡；1953年划入白渡区，1958年编入梅县白渡公社。1983年为梅县市城东区的上坑大队，翌年并入葵下乡。1987年易名管理区，1999年成为村民委员会。[3]
地名由来[edit]
村名因其地处山坑上端而来。[2]
