冷水坑村是惠州市惠城区河南岸街道下辖的行政村，位于街道南部，辖区面积7平方公里，距惠州市区5公里[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名有一则传说：一位游方的和尚来到西枝江边，在山谷里掬起山泉，觉得水冷如冰，叹为“冷水坑”，山民跟着念，这条山谷就以此为名[1]。
地理环境[edit]
村东邻惠州奥林匹克体育场，南有惠州一中东江学府，西临惠州学院，北接南山诗意、山水华府等住宅区[1]。
人口民族[edit]
全村分5个村民小组：禾联、楼下、上坑、沈屋和企岭。2010年底，常住1485人（322户）[1]。
经济[edit]
2010年，村委会的集体经济总收入为4000万元[1]。冷水坑村2020年至2022年连续三年入选淘宝村名单，2024年1月又被确定为2023年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」[1]。
