上寨村在雷峰镇北面，靠近土云岐山脚，离镇政府22公里，海拔930米，村内有2个自然村落。[1][2]

村内山地和林业资源较多，村民以水稻、甘薯为主要作物。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代，上寨归清泰里的坑社管辖；民国年间设上寨保，归属瑞上乡。新中国成立后，1951年设上寨乡，隶属第二区（雷峰）。[3]

1958年改设上寨大队，归雷峰公社；1961年一度划往他处，1965年回归雷峰公社。1984年为雷峰乡上寨村，1992年改乡为镇，名为雷峰镇上寨村。[3]

村名的来历：村子地势较高而中部稍低，远望好似寨栅，故名上寨。[4]

地理环境[edit]

全村土地总面积15.18平方千米，山地共22500亩，内有森林14377亩，林木蓄积44250立方米，另有毛竹3117亩（年份未注）。[2]

人口民族[edit]

全村共580人，男性300人、女性280人，设3个村民小组（年份未注）。[2]

经济[edit]

耕地420亩，其中水田359亩，一年可种一至两季，主要作物为水稻和甘薯。[2]

1998年，村里创建美蛙养殖场，并兴建引水工程，解决了干旱季节与冬季用水困难的问题。[2]
