乌石村位于大济镇西北部，莆永高速公路穿越村域，是福建省的省级生态村。村下辖6个自然村，设16个村民小组。村名因境内多黑色石块而来。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域四周山林环绕，北侧有乌石水库，南面设有乌石工业园。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期这里称乌石堡；中华人民共和国成立前归善化乡，1950年改隶大济区；1956年并入城关区管辖，1958年归大济公社。1960年分设乌石大队，1984年成立村委会。[1][2]

经济[edit]

2025年11月，村庄被确定为「福建省2025年度省级一村一品专业村」，产业为文旦柚。2023年11月，村庄被认定为「2023年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」。2024年6月，村庄入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

文化[edit]

2025年3月，村庄被命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」。2021年11月，村庄获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
