南兴村位于涵江区三江口镇中部偏东，距区府约1公里，东侧濒临兴化湾，村中设有三江口中心小学。村民也从事蔬菜种植与水产养殖。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明朝末年有人迁居到此开基。1997年，村落自原有行政村中拆分设立，同年起属三江口镇。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄东侧濒临兴化湾，与雁阵山所在的鳌山村相接，西与塔山村为邻，南面靠近杨芳村与芳山村，北面靠近东清村。距镇政府2公里多，道路畅通，地理位置优越。[1]

人口民族[edit]
