历史沿革[edit]

村始建于宋代。宋元明清时属侯官县；雍正十二年后属大湖分县，列于永安乡嘉祥西里的32、33都。清末废乡、都建制，大坪保属大湖区。[2]

1964年划归大湖，设大坪管委会。1961年成立大队，1984年改为村民委员会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄南毗珍山村，北接后洋村。土地面积10229亩，其中耕地1017亩、山地6447亩。[1]
