洋纳村在淡水城区东部，东临沙田镇，北接三和街道一带，下辖五个村民小组。[1]
名称与沿革[edit]
五十年代初，取洋塘、纳尾两个村民小组名称各一字，合称洋纳。土改后属古屋乡的一个村，1958年为洋纳大队，1976年划入沙田公社，1978年冬划回淡水，1984年并入古屋乡，1986年分出，独立为洋纳管理区，1999年改称洋纳村民委员会。[1]
区域与人口[edit]
全村面积约8平方公里，南与古屋村相连，平龙公路和惠澳大道穿过辖区。下辖黄沙、河背、新屋、老屋、纳美五个村民小组，据该页有617户、3079人，果园1500亩、稻田600亩，工农业年产值1428万元。[1]
2021年12月，洋纳村获授「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
