河吕村隶属信宜市镇隆镇，为镇上的行政村之一。位于镇隆镇西北部，辖20个村民小组，在册548户、3200人，总面积约2平方千米，耕地1600亩，种马铃薯，劳务输出是村里的一项收入来源。[1]
地名由来[edit]
以前此地有一条河，河干后村民来此耕种建村，起初叫河里，后谐音为河吕。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时归桄榔东乡七堡；新中国成立初期隶林埇大队，1961年划出，分作四个大队，1963年并为河吕大队；1999年起称河吕村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2023年5月获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
