历史沿革[edit]
民国后期（1937年至1949年）属新圩乡；1952年土地改革时属塘乐区；1962年为塘乐大队；1983年称塘乐乡；1987年设镇，称塘乐村民委员会；1988年改称管理区办事处；1999年起复称村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
据村民委员会自述，该村地处南亚热带，年平均气温24℃、年降雨量1910毫米；主要经济作物为稻谷、蚕桑。上一年（未注年份）农村经济总收入1653万元。[1]村里办有大型养猪场1个，建有约1000亩的蚕桑基地，修通3公里水泥路，并组织种养技术培训。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
