历史沿革[edit]
高州市原有两个山口大队，一在荷花，一在镇江；因镇江的山口人多，荷花的山口在1983年地名普查时改名茂山。同年改设乡，1986年改设农村管理区，1999年起为村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
广东省农业农村厅2021年9月公布了「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」，茂山村以龙眼入选。[1]
