历史沿革[edit]
嘉靖年间（1522—1566年），林氏先祖从福建莆田迁来建村；1951年划归外八乡，1961年编为生产大队，1984年改乡，1988年起为管理区，1999年起为村委会[1]。
经济与荣誉[edit]
山地3900多亩，耕地350亩，果林1800多亩，种杨梅、姜薯。2020年8月，尖山村入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单（姜薯）；2021年12月被评为广东省卫生村，2022年1月被确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位；2013年村集体收入27万元，年人均收入5580元[1]。
