地名与历史[edit]
早年已有畲民居住，「畲」「輋」同音，又在小北山中部的内围山中，故名内輋[2]。据博雅地名网引明隆庆《潮阳县志》，明嘉靖年间已有畲户在此居住；清乾隆年间（1736—1795年）村民开山造田，分散的居民点合成一村，1984年改乡，1999年设村委会[1]。百度百科将建村时间记为明嘉靖三十一年（1552年）[3]。
经济[edit]
山地约1.6万亩，耕地1770亩，以果林业为主，出产姜薯、杨梅[1]。乌酥杨梅又称乌酥核，原产于内輋村[4]；百度百科记杨梅栽培自宋元起已有600余年，1986年获广东省名优水果称号，2011年成为国家地理标志产品，年产量约1500吨[3]。2013年村集体收入107.8万元，年人均收入5878元；2021年12月被评为广东省卫生村[1]。
