长洞村是南雄市南亩镇西南部的行政村，与江西省全南县的社迳、陂头两镇相邻，离镇政府19公里，是典型的边远山区村。[1]总面积21平方公里，山地占17500亩，耕地仅926亩。村内有9个村小组，2008年时共221户、1023人，当年人均收入3150元。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村的建制自1949年的农会起，1954年成初级社、1956年成高级社；1961年起称大队，1987年改称管理区；1998年撤区建村，村民委员会由此成立。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村落坐落在一条狭长的山坳中，当地把山坳叫“洞”，故称长洞。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年5月，获命名为「韶关市2020年市级“民主法治村（社区）”」。[1]
