月坪村位于洛阳镇西南部，距镇政府50公里，统计用区划代码440232106211。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，村里的田洞形状像半个月亮，因此称月坪。[1]1949年后先设月坪乡，1958年为大队，1983年设乡政府，1986年成立村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年重设村委会。[1]
人口民族[edit]
全村95户509人，拥有林地44422.5亩，水田656亩，旱地281亩。村民种水稻、玉米、花生，多为自给，家家年养两三头猪，主要现金收入靠青年外出务工和少量出售农产品。[1]2019年9月，月坪村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位名单」。[1]
