洛阳村是洛阳镇政府的驻地所在，属镇乡结合区，统计用区划代码440232106201。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名取自辖区内黄洛洞的“洛”字，与田螺坑村洋洞的“洋”字之谐音“阳”合成。[1]1949年后先设洛阳乡，1958年改称洛阳大队，1983年复设乡政府，1986年设村委会，1989年一度称管理区，1998年重设村委会，沿用至今。[1]

据博雅地名网所引材料，村域内林地约6.1万亩，耕地870亩；共13个自然村，编为6个村小组，居民212户，859人，其中劳动力463人，有党员29名。2008年该村的经济总收入为418万元，人均收入3696元。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
“洛阳古井禅寺碑刻”在村内，立于民国时期，属石刻类，是县级文物保护单位。[1]2023年4月，洛阳村列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位名单」。[1]
