富塘村位于洛阳镇政府驻地西南方向，西邻阳山县，统计用区划代码440232106210，村内产茶，是广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村前有一口鱼塘，又寄托了村民日子富足的愿望，因而称富塘。[1]1949年后先设富塘乡，1958年为大队，1983年设乡政府，1986年成立村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年重设村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
全村山林25288.5亩，耕地1325亩，其中水田523亩；12个村民小组，110户、628人。[1]2021年9月，富塘村列入「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村名单」，主业为茶叶；此前2019年9月已列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位名单」。[1]
