历史沿革[edit]

苏村在1949年属阳江县第六区，1953年改属第十三区。1956年并入织篢区，1958年5月合入织篢乡，年末划归织篢人民公社。1959年此地设为苏村生产大队，1983年改设苏村乡，1987年设村委会。1988年阳江分县，苏村随之属阳西县织篢镇；1989年成为管理区，1999年又恢复村委会，沿用至今。[2]
