城北最初是1958年的城北大队，后来在2004年改成城北村民居委会。[1]

经济[edit]

城北原是海城镇的工业区，经多年探索，渐渐转向商品流通与商住地产。[1]

荣誉[edit]

城北社区列入全国示范性老年友好型社区创建名单，时间是2025年5月（2025至2026年度）。[1]
