历史沿革[edit]
召贡早年隶属守望乡和新望乡，1958年属新望大队，1965年归入莲花公社，1970年落在莲花大队之下。1974年它自立为召贡大队，其后乡（1984年）、村委会（1987年）、办事处（1989年）几度更名，1998年又定为村委会。[1]
地理与经济[edit]
全村面积约11平方千米，山林地33000亩，耕地300亩。村民以种稻、果树、养猪和养鱼为生。当年村集体年收入为2.7万元，人均年纯收入1422元。村是海丰的革命老区之一。[2]
荣誉[edit]
召贡村在2019年10月入选广东省卫生村名录。[1]
