龙津社区在海城龙津河西岸，属县城旧城区，面积约14万平方米，辖17条巷道、20个居民小组，有2186户、8178人（博雅地名网）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1964年，龙津街区和人民街区合成海城镇第六居委会，2004年起称龙津居委会。[1]

地理与经济[edit]

社区地处旧城，经济基础较薄弱，居委会设在龙津西二路。[1]
