历史沿革[edit]

新原、联丰、联群三片原都属长段村，合起来另设联新大队，村名由此而来[1]。1979年从长段大队划出设联新大队，1984年归入长段乡，到1987年再独立，成为联新村；管理区时期沿用此名，1999年设村委会[1]。

经济[edit]

村里种水稻和油茶，据记载该年全村农村经济总收入607万元[1]。
