横江岭村是兴宁市刁坊镇的行政村，在镇政府西南约2公里处，辖18个村民小组，596户、2326人，面积约3平方公里，耕地1616亩[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
此处有一座东西向的小山丘，与周围南北走向的山丘不同，原叫横岗岭，因习惯写作“横江岭”而定名[1]。先属河郑乡（1954年至1958年）和河郑大队（至1960年）；1961年另立横江大队，1984年成横江乡，1987年改村，1989年称管理区，1999年定名横江岭村委会[1]。
文化[edit]
横江岭村获「第一批广东省卫生村」称号，由广东省爱国卫生运动委员会于2017年10月授予[1]。
