村里种水稻、蔬菜和水果，养猪是特色收入之一，据记载该年全村农村经济总收入610万元[1]。刁坊镇的铀、铁等矿产勘查记录里，贵丰村是主要分布村之一[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
2019年9月，贵丰村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单[1]。
