历史沿革[edit]

该村在旧时下拔区的东部，下拔区撤销后各村改以「华」字开头，故称华东。[1]1949年称华东乡，1958年设华东大队，1983年称乡政府，1989年称管理区，1999年定名华东村委会。[1]
