历史沿革[edit]
村名的来由是神社所奉的三位都师曾在此驻军。[1]解放初称大名约，1956年属双华区，1958年为军营乡，1963年设乡革委会，1984年改大队，1989年称管理区，1999年定名军营村委会。[1]
人口经济[edit]
在册337户、1913人，上一年农村经济总收入810万元。[1]2019年12月入选第一批国家森林乡村，同年9月入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；五华县于2023年2月授予其2022年度文明村镇称号。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
「风围水口碑」摩崖石刻全名《廉明太爷丁奉道审详给风围水口碑》，乾隆三十年（1765年）春初刻成，碑高2.58米、宽1.05米，共566字。[1]
