历史沿革[edit]
村名是把原来的大岭下、曹陂两个自然村合并时各取一字而成。[1]1949年至1954年为大岭、曹坡两个初级社，1955至1957年合为大坡高级社；1958年双华公社成立，称大径大队，禾沙、黄径也在其内；1983年11月改称村，1999年定名大陂村委会。[1]

在册390户、1828人，上一年农村经济总收入1000万元。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
英烈庙为明末所建的全石建筑，祭祀谢二妹，属省级文物保护单位（1989年列入）。[2]
