禾沙村在五华县双华镇西部，辖21个村民小组，总面积4.5平方公里，耕地871亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据村情介绍，村名可追溯到明代的温氏后人；温氏去向不明之后，陶、廖、胡、陈诸姓先后居此，因村里禾梨树多而得名。[1]建国初期属大石双乡和大陂乡，1958年为大径大队，1970年分出禾沙大队，1989年改管理区，1999年成立禾沙村委会。[1]
人口经济[edit]
在册354户、1828人，上一年农村经济总收入718万元。[1]五华县于2023年2月授予其2022年度文明村镇称号。[1]
