地名与概况[edit]
因莲华自然村在村内规模较大，村委会以它为名。全村395户、1370人，总面积4179亩，其中耕地1485亩、山地2694亩，灌溉方便。其中的莲兴村曾被评为文明村。[1]
农业[edit]
村民以种稻为主，冬季种马铃薯，村委会把发展冬种作为带动就业和增收的路子。[1]
沿革与荣誉[edit]
1949年设莲华乡公所，1958年为莲华生产大队，1984年改名莲华乡，1986年成立村民委员会，1989年称管理区，此后在1998年10月经恩平市人民政府批准，正式定名为莲华村民委员会。[1] 2026年1月，莲华村又被评为广东省“百千万工程”第二批典型村。[1]
