华拔村在五华县双华镇北部，辖16个村民小组，总面积8.5平方公里，耕地1046亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据村情介绍，清末民初约1880年，学坪有一座打铁炉，铁匠到河边洗衣挑水，河边有一棵大拔子树，故称下拔村；约1910年后属大都的下拔村，1949年后改称华拔村。[1]1949年称华拔乡，1958年设华拔大队，1983年称乡政府，1989年称管理区，1999年定名华拔村委会。[1]
人口经济[edit]
在册395户、2367人，上一年农村经济总收入683万元。[1]五华县于2023年2月授予其2022年度文明村镇称号。[1]
