联太村是梅州市五华县周江镇下辖的行政村，位于周江镇东北边；据村情介绍，辖18个村民小组，在册731户、4051人，村域面积17.25平方千米，耕地约1677亩[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名含联合、太平之意，希望三条山坑两侧的居民团结互助、安稳度日[2]。

解放之初编入五华县第七区，名为联太小乡；1956年起成为联太高级社，归周江乡；1958年人民公社化时单独立为大队；后来名称几度更替：1984年设联太乡政府，1989年改作联太管理区，至1999年定为联太村委员会[3]。
