蕉坑村隶属广东省梅州市梅县区南口镇。村子的形状像一只香蕉，又多为山坑地形，因而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年属龙岗大队，1983年属东蕉乡，1985年脱离东坑，另立蕉坑管理区；1999年成为村委会。[1]

2019年6月，蕉坑村列入第五批中国传统村落名录。[1]

2019年9月，该村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
