蕉坑村是兴宁市罗岗镇辖下的行政村。此处原是一条深山沟，沟里野芭蕉很多，因而叫蕉坑。[1]
名称与沿革[edit]
1958年，总叫蕉坑，下分蕉一至蕉四四个大队。1962年，蕉二、蕉三、蕉四合叫蕉坑大队。其后几度分合，1977年，再度与柿子分开，沿用至今。1992年，改名为管理区，1999年，成立蕉坑村民委员会。[2]
