仙湖村隶属广东省梅州市梅县区南口镇。1950年代，村以江南河为界，分仙家、湖基两大自然村；1958年两村合并，各取一字，称仙湖大队，后称仙湖村。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1983年与南龙大队合并，改称仙龙乡；1986年与南龙拆开，设仙湖管理区；1999年撤区建村，设仙湖村委会。^[1]

2019年9月，该村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。^[1]
