德化村是松口镇下辖的行政村，村名取自一所学校。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国前夕，村中的吴冠群在乡间办起一所学堂，落成时他与村中老辈商议，认为学堂是培养有品德、有文化的人才之处，定名德化学校，村名也随校名而定。1957年设德化大队，1987年改称管理区，1999年起称村委会。[1]
