洋坑村是梅县区松口镇的行政村，明末官员李士淳出生在村内的祥安围。^[1]^[2]^[3]

历史沿革[edit]

客家人旧时把到国外谋生统称“出南洋”。村里有一条坑水流向松源河，村民盼望海外的钱财像坑水一样流回家乡，取“洋涌冲天浪、坑流致富泉”之意，叫作洋坑，清代已有此名。1949年属洋坑乡，1958年设洋坑大队，1987年改称管理区，1999年起称村委会。^[1]

李士淳（1585—1665年），字二何，生于洋坑村祥安围。明万历三十七年（1609年）乡试中解元，崇祯元年（1628年）中进士，曾任山西翼城、曲沃知县。^[2]^[3]
