蓬下村是松口镇下辖的行政村，与蓬上村原为一村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
一条小溪穿村而过，两岸荆棘丛生，后人为纪念先祖开创基业之功，把这里叫蓬辣坑。新中国成立后划分行政区域，蓬辣坑分为蓬上、蓬下两村，本村居下游，故名蓬下。1958年属松南公社，1987年改称管理区，1999年起称村委会。[1]
