蓬上村是梅县区松口镇的行政村，与蓬下村原为一村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
一条小溪穿村而过，两岸荆棘丛生，后人为纪念先祖开创之功，称这里为蓬辣坑。新中国成立后，蓬辣坑分作蓬上、蓬下两村，本村在上游，故称蓬上。现称村委会始于1999年；此前1987年为蓬上管理区，1983年称松南乡，1958年属松南公社。[1]
