历史沿革[edit]
据村史所述，该村李姓先祖看中一处风景优美、地势开阔的龙山背之地，建祠定居。此处山势起伏，被说成前有鸣凤、南有盘龙、北靠栋高、东环松柏，盘龙之名由此而来。1958年设盘龙大队，1986年改称管理区，1999年起称村委会。[1]
