寺坑村是松口镇下辖的行政村，属镇中心区，松口镇政府所在的寺坑新区在这一带。^[1]^[2]

历史沿革[edit]

该村旧称泗坑村，又叫上泗坑村，说法是山上有四条坑水汇入村中、再流向梅江。后来发现松东上井村也有个小村叫四坑村，两处读音相同，带来不便，本村又改称上泗坑村。新中国成立后，因村里寺庵多、较为出名，定名寺坑村。1958年设寺坑大队，1987年改称管理区，1999年起称村委会。^[1]

2026年1月，寺坑村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。^[1]
